향의 도입은 아드모어 특유의 옅은 토탄 연기와 보리 향이 주도한다. 피트를 쓰는 하이랜드 증류소답게 2002년 증류한 리필 버번 배럴에서 훈연과 꿀, 시트러스가 발전한다. 55.7도의 도수에서 입은 그을린 보리 단맛과 후추, 바닐라가 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 부드러운 연기와 마른 오크로 길게 남는다. 하이랜드 피트다운 단단한 구조감이 또렷하게 드러난다.
