노즈에서는 가벼운 피트 연기와 잘 익은 노란 사과, 흰후추의 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 2009년 증류된 아드모어는 리필 호그스헤드에서 12년을 보낸 하이 스피리츠 컬렉션 어드벤처 트래블 보틀링으로, 하이랜드 라이트 피트 캐릭터의 또렷한 균형이 깊게 머문다. 팰럿은 훈제 꿀, 시나몬, 마른 허브가 발전한다. 56.7도의 알코올이 풀바디로 입을 채운다. 피니시는 가벼운 피트와 곡물 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

mixture of white fruits, almonds and peat. Very powerful but drinkable. With water: sweeter, pears, grapefruits

long, on smoked grapefruits (eh?), very dry aftertaste
