코를 잔에 넣기 전 손목만 움직여 술을 돌리면 두꺼운 다리가 벽에 남는다. 향에서는 구운 옥수수와 버터스카치가 먼저, 이어 오렌지 껍질과 정향이 나온다. 머금으면 메이플이 진하게 깔리고 후추가 혀 가운데를 두드린다. 삼킨 뒤에는 카카오와 마른 오크가 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 단일 배럴 병입이라 병마다 다르지만 헤븐힐다운 뼈대는 공통으로 잡힌다.
