Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에 가볍게 번진다. 하이랜드의 피트 몰트 아드모어는 리필 호그스헤드에서 12년을 보내며 마른 풀과 옅은 모닥불 연기, 꿀의 향을 풀어놓는다. 입안에서는 훈연한 보리와 잘 익은 사과, 흰 후추가 산뜻하면서도 단단하게 번진다. 2000년 빈티지의 생기와 56.3도의 도수가 만나 연기와 단맛의 균형을 또렷하게 잡고, 옅은 피트와 보리의 여운이 길게 늘어진다.

mixture of white fruits, almonds and peat. Very powerful but drinkable. With water: sweeter, pears, grapefruits

long, on smoked grapefruits (eh?), very dry aftertaste
