북동 하이랜드 애드모어 증류소의 은근한 피트 전통이 이 보틀링을 처음부터 관통한다. 잔에는 옅은 금빛이 감돈다. 2012년 원액이 PX 호그스헤드를 거치며 금속성 훈연과 재, 잿불 같은 스모크에 설탕에 절인 오렌지가 겹쳐 열린다. 한 모금에는 말린 사과와 감귤 제스트, 살짝 매운 풋고추의 결이 51.6도의 힘으로 배어난다. 물을 더하면 만사니야와 회벽 같은 미네랄이 살아나고 잔을 비운 뒤에도 옅은 훈연 향이 남아 맴돈다. 여운은 랍상소총차에 사과즙을 섞은 듯 허브 향으로 길고 은은한 연기가 오래 남는다.
