Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 가볍게 잔 안쪽을 적신다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 하이랜드의 아드모어다운 마른 장작 연기와 헤더, 그 아래로 버번 배럴이 준 바닐라와 꿀이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 11년을 채운 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 여과 없이 담긴 60.6도가 혀를 강하게 데우며 보리 단맛과 흙내음 섞인 피트가 번진다. 삼키면 마른 풀 향과 그을음이 혀끝을 오래 따라온다.
