Tasting Notes
노즈는 아드모어 특유의 그을린 곰팡내로 시작해, 겨자와 양모, 진흙이 겹치고 건초 창고와 농가의 뉘앙스가 배경을 채운다. 라프로익을 담았던 배럴에서 온 영향으로 59.1도의 팰럿은 젖은 백악과 석고, 훈연한 올리브유, 절제된 피트가 오일리하게 발전한다. 블랙애더가 병입한 이 9년산은 미네랄과 기름진 질감이 구조감을 이룬다. 피니시는 길고 살짝 기름지며, 짭짤하고 허브 같은 피트의 여운이 은은하게 이어진다.

this rather familiar sooty 'mustiness' that does indeed take in mustard, sack cloth, sheep wool and hints of mud. Also these familiar farmyard vibes of hayloft and goat. With water: sandalwood and hessian bung cloth. With some further impressions of damp moss and lanolin
restaurant Palate
very good, rather a lot of wet chalk, plaster, smoked olive oil, sheep wool oils again and a restrained peat smoke. Quite oily and mineral - mineral oil you might say. With water: a nicely oily and satisfyingly 'full' texture in the mouth now. Some bitter lemon, camphor, putty and limestone too
