노즈에서는 아드모어 특유의 은은한 피트 연기와 퍼스트필 PX 셰리의 건포도가 동시에 두드러진다. 베스트위스키마켓이 2008년 빈티지를 12년 숙성한 이 쿼터 캐스크는 56도답게 향이 또렷하고 강건하다. 팰럿은 졸인 검은 과일과 다크초콜릿, 그을린 훈연이 주도하며 PX의 진한 단맛이 받친다. 피니시는 말린 자두와 잔잔한 연기가 길게 이어지고, 피트와 셰리가 단단한 구조감으로 맞물린 하이랜드 보틀링이다.

mixture of white fruits, almonds and peat. Very powerful but drinkable. With water: sweeter, pears, grapefruits

long, on smoked grapefruits (eh?), very dry aftertaste
