Tasting Notes
셰리 캐스크에서 9년을 지낸 시간이 아드모어 특유의 피트 연기에 어두운 깊이를 더한다. 코에는 그을음과 석탄 연기, 풋풋한 녹차와 커스터드가 뒤섞이고 그린 페퍼콘의 알싸함이 그 위를 스친다. 46도의 입에서는 매캐한 연기와 생강, 숯을 씹는 듯한 질감이 두드러지며 짭조름한 기운이 뒤따르고, 오렌지와 멜론 즙이 잠깐 단맛을 비춘다. 하일랜드 피트답게 바다보다는 흙과 재에 가까운 결이 개성으로 남는다. 옅은 화이트 와인빛 아래, 마무리는 길고 푸릇하며 태운 건초와 훈연한 베리가 씁쓸달콤하게 남는다.

big green pepper, acrid smoke, ginger, a saltiness but nothing coastal indeed, and really a lot of pepper. A feeling of sucking charcoal and chewing cigar ashes, then a little orange and melon juice
