Tasting Notes
옅은 볏짚빛이 잔에 맑게 감도는 이 아들레어 2010은 하이랜드 아드모어 증류소의 가벼운 원액을 담았다. 향은 으깬 감자와 재, 구운 가지와 숯 같은 마른 내음이 산뜻하게 올라오고 옅은 파라핀이 뒤따른다. 40도의 입에서는 훈연이 밴 사과와 아스파라거스, 녹차와 부드러운 허브의 결이 가볍게 흐른다. 마무리는 짧지만 기분 좋은 소금기를 남기며 담백하게 이어진다.
