Tasting Notes
작은 쿼터 캐스크가 넓은 표면적으로 12년의 아드모어에 빠른 오크의 영향을 새겼다. 어린 피트 몰트답게 향에서는 소금기와 효모, 포리지에 젖은 흙과 사과가 도드라지고, 아드모어다운 복숭아의 단맛이 슬며시 비친다. 입에서는 46도의 도수 위로 좋은 캐스크의 어린 피트가 깔리지만, 다소 좁고 효모스러운 단순함이 느껴진다. 옅은 화이트 와인빛 잔에서, 거칠고 연기 어린 짭짤한 여운이 바닐라와 캐러멜의 끝맛과 함께 이어진다.

very young indeed. Brine, leaven, porridge, baker’s yeast, damp earth, and apples. Oh and peaches, remember this is Ardmore. I don’t seem to find this to be ‘heavily peated’ so far, but let’s see…

yeah, it’s quite good very young peaty malt from a good cask; it’s just narrow, yeasty, porridge-y, and ‘elementary’, I’d say. These apples won’t save it

medium, rough, smoky, salty. Some vanilla and caramel in the aftertaste
