잔을 흔들고 삼십 초쯤 기다렸다 코를 넣으면 알코올이 가라앉고 캐러멜과 코코넛이 앞으로 나온다. 다시 맡으면 오렌지 마멀레이드와 탄 설탕이 겹친다. 입에 머금으면 진한 토피가 입천장을 천천히 덮고 후추와 육두구가 뒤에서 밀어 올린다. 삼킨 뒤 숨을 들이켜면 마른 오크와 볶은 견과가 깊게 머문다. 단일 배럴 병입답게 매 병이 조금씩 다른 얼굴을 보여주는 헨리 맥케나 10년이다.
