잔을 기울여 빛에 비추면 구릿빛에 가까운 진한 황금색이 드러난다. 잔을 흔들어 코를 가져가면 익은 사과와 캐러멜이 먼저 올라오고 그 아래로 새 오크통의 탄 나무 냄새가 깔린다. 조금만 흘려 넣어 혀를 적시면 바닐라와 시나몬이 함께 번지고 곧 50도의 열기가 목젖까지 밀고 올라온다. 삼키고 숨을 내쉬면 볶은 커피와 가죽이 천천히 드러난다. 10년 숙성 싱글 배럴이 주는 뚜렷한 개성이다.
