노즈에서는 오크 캐스크에서 34년을 보낸 벤리악의 잘 익은 열대 과실과 묵은 오크, 꿀 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 장기 숙성된 스페이사이드 몰트답게 농축된 과실의 깊이가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 48도의 원숙한 질감으로 망고와 바닐라, 가벼운 스파이스가 발전하며 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 드라이한 오크와 시트러스가 길게 이어지며 던컨 테일러 레어 올드 1968 빈티지의 구조감이 깊게 머문다.

very, very, and I mean very newmaky. Smoked pear juice plus something tequila-ish (White tequila of course) over boiled cereals and mashed potatoe. Frankly, it’s a nice nose but I think we’re closer to unaged spirits here. Peated white dog?
