Tasting Notes
잔에 담긴 빛은 깊은 호박빛으로 따뜻하게 빛난다. 2006년 병입된 벤리악 25년은 오랜 숙성에서 비롯한 원숙한 균형을 보여준다. 향에는 잘 익은 복숭아와 꿀, 말린 살구의 과실감이 풍성하게 올라오고, 그 뒤로 몰트와 옅은 오크가 비친다. 한 모금에는 토피와 오렌지, 은은한 시나몬이 매끄럽게 번지며 46도의 도수가 둥글게 받친다. 끝맛에는 꿀과 마른 과실, 오크의 여운이 길고 따뜻하게 이어지며 천천히 사그라든다.

creamy start, then a very unusual development, very leathery and spicy. Something Indian, so to speak. Cardamom, pepper, green curry, aniseed… The aniseeds keep getting bigger in fact, the whole reminding me more and more of some sweets that we call Anis de Flavigny here in France. Do you know that?
