Tasting Notes
배럴에서 이십이 년을 보낸 오랜 숙성이 이 벤리악의 풍미를 깊게 다졌다. 1994년 스페이사이드에서 증류된 원액이 오크의 단맛을 천천히 머금었다. 향에서는 잘 익은 살구와 꿀, 옅은 바닐라가 부드럽게 올라온다. 입에서는 보리 사탕과 말린 과일의 단맛이 54.1도의 힘을 타고 둥글게 번진다. 오랜 배럴 숙성이 더한 마른 오크와 향신료가 뒤를 받친다. 여운은 꿀과 잘 익은 과일이 따뜻하게 길게 이어진다.

indeed, peated, but that’s rather grass smoke, garden bonfire, also menthol and eucalyptus, the infernal duo… All that on top of the usual apricots and plums, and a wee feeling of williams pears as well. the grassy peat and the distillate’s rather citrusy style (when this was distilled) just work well together. Lovely feeling of peated limoncello. With water: zesty and sweet, not unlike some late harvest riesling
