Tasting Notes
토니 포트 호그스헤드 피니시가 벤리악의 버번 숙성 스피릿에 말린 과일의 깊이를 더했다. 우드의 영향이 향에 말린 무화과와 호두, 마지팬, 은은한 담뱃잎을 겹쳐 놓는다. 46도의 도수는 입안에서 건과일 단맛과 후추, 육두구, 쌉쌀한 오렌지를 균형 있게 편다. 포트 캐스크의 붉은 과일이 정향과 만나며 스파이시한 결을 남긴다. 버번 숙성의 바닐라 위로 포트의 과일이 겹쳐 층을 이룬다. 포트의 붉은 결이 버번 숙성의 바닐라를 은근히 감싼다. 짙은 황금빛 여운은 캐러멜라이즈된 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

I’m totally certain it’s improved quite a lot. I mean, in my book. This has depth and not many ‘in your face’ winey notes’, while subtle notes of chamomile, honeysuckle, roasted argan oil and dried figs are pleasantly playing together. There’s also a very fine oakiness, with some walnuts and a delicate vanilla. And marzipan, and blond tobacco. Very nice, as they say in whisky forums

indeed, well done. Dried fruits and a little pepper, nutmeg and strong black tea, so the oak’s slightly obvious, then a spicy jam that would contain bitter oranges and strawberries. Let’s not forget cloves
