Tasting Notes
맑은 밀짚빛이 잔에 곱게 어린다. 벤리악 10년은 잘 만든 맥아와 과일의 향을 먼저 풀어내고 페이스트리와 레몬, 사과와 자두 사이로 벤리악다운 꽃향이 스민다. 43도의 입안은 크리미하게 시작해 옅은 건포도와 바닐라, 사과 콩포트와 머랭의 단맛이 부드럽게 번지다 점차 레몬의 산뜻함으로 기운다. 스페이사이드다운 둥근 결이 전체를 감싼다. 여운은 중간 길이로 보리와 콩포트, 풀내가 이어지고 끝에 파인애플의 기운이 잔잔히 떠오른다.

restaurant Palate
good creamy arrival, with just a touch of raisins (sherry, I suppose) then vanilla, apple compote, and meringue. Gets then rather more lemony, so that would lemon pie with meringue

medium, more barley-y, compote-y, and grassy. A touch of pineapple in the aftertaste
