Tasting Notes
엘긴 외곽 스페이사이드에서 벤리악은 세 번 증류라는 흔치 않은 방식을 택했다. 버번과 PX, 버진 오크 세 가지 통에서 10년을 보낸 이 위스키는 잔에 옅은 밀짚빛을 담는다. 43도의 향은 맥아와 과일, 페이스트리에 레몬과 사과, 자두, 그리고 벤리악다운 꽃향이 곱게 어우러진다. 한 모금 넣으면 크리미한 질감 위로 건포도와 바닐라, 사과 콤포트가 둥글게 번진다. 여운은 보리와 풀내가 살아나며 끝에 파인애플 한 줄기가 또렷이 남는다.

good creamy arrival, with just a touch of raisins (sherry, I suppose) then vanilla, apple compote, and meringue. Gets then rather more lemony, so that would lemon pie with meringue

medium, more barley-y, compote-y, and grassy. A touch of pineapple in the aftertaste
