잔을 천천히 돌리면 벤리악 10년의 맑은 볏짚빛이 잔 벽을 따라 가볍게 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 맥아와 과일에 더해 페이스트리와 레몬, 사과와 자두, 미나리아재비 같은 꽃향이 균형 있게 올라온다. 43도의 술을 한 모금 머금으면 크리미한 질감 위로 건포도와 바닐라, 사과 콤포트와 머랭의 단맛이 번지다가 레몬 파이처럼 산뜻해진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 보리와 풀, 파인애플의 끝맛이 깔끔하게 떨어진다.

good creamy arrival, with just a touch of raisins (sherry, I suppose) then vanilla, apple compote, and meringue. Gets then rather more lemony, so that would lemon pie with meringue
