노즈에서는 옥수수 시럽 같은 단내와 바닐라가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 뒤이어 새 오크에서 온 그을린 나무 향이 올라와 향의 골격을 잡는다. 팰럿은 50도 도수답게 밀도가 높고 캐러멜과 호밀 스파이스가 나란히 간다. 피니시에서는 마른 오크 탄닌과 후추 자극이 제법 길게 남는다. 헤븐힐 증류소가 10년을 채워 보틀드 인 본드로 낸 싱글 배럴답게 뼈대가 단단하고 흔들림이 적다.
