맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 윤기 있게 빛난다. 1986년 소테른 와인 배리크에서 31년을 보낸 글렌 모레이답게 꿀과 살구, 잘 익은 포도의 향이 달콤하고 농익은 깊이로 솟아오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 바닐라와 과일 잼의 진한 단맛 뒤로 소테른 특유의 끈끈한 단맛과 옅은 향신료가 겹친다. 56.5도의 힘은 또렷하면서도 둥글게 풀리고, 여운에는 꿀과 살구, 마른 향신료의 향이 길게 이어진다.
