잔을 코끝에 가져가면 39년 리필 호그스헤드가 빚어낸 오래된 오크 향과 시트러스 껍질이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 깊은 황금빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 글렌 모레이 특유의 부드러운 곡물 향이 따라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50.3도의 알코올이 입을 데우며 토피와 트로피컬 과일의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 SMWS 35.55의 우디한 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
