물 한 방울을 떨어뜨리고 흔들면 알코올의 날이 눕고 바닐라가 앞으로 나온다. 코를 대면 흑설탕과 오렌지 껍질이 겹쳐 잡힌다. 한 모금 머금으면 술이 부드럽게 혀를 덮고 정향이 스친다. 삼키면 마른 오크와 견과가 오래 남는다. 혀 뒤쪽에는 옅은 담배 향이 오래 걸려 있다. 50도 병입이라 물을 조금 더해도 뼈대가 무너지지 않는다.
