노즈에서는 퍼스트필 버번 배럴의 영향으로 크루아상과 쇼트브레드, 바닐라 커스터드 향이 가장 먼저 두드러지고, 글렌 모레이답게 밝고 달큰한 시리얼 톤이 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 56.8도로 바나나 케이크와 타르트 타탱, 바닐라 크림이 크리미하게 흐르고 옅은 풋고추의 매운기가 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 깔끔하고 보리와 바나나 케이크가 남는다. 13년 퍼스트필 버번 싱글 캐스크로 밝은 단맛의 구조감이 또렷한 표현이다.

I'm sorry, but I'm finding croissants, shortbread and beers. Plus custard and pancakes, as well as some white chocolate. With water: more on leaves, green teas, cinchona, apple peel, weissbeer…
restaurant Palate
lovely sweet bourbonness, pilsner, banana cake, tarte tatin, vanilla cream, jelly babies, then a little green pepper. A breadier background (wholegrain bread). With water: this time water makes it sweeter and more on Haribo allsorts. Some greengage jam as well, which I've always juts cherished although it's getting hard to find any in the shops over here. Where is this world going to?
