잔을 돌려 향을 열면 스페이사이드 글렌 모레이가 버번 배럴에서 10년을 지낸 밝은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 내려온다. 잔 위로 코를 기울이면 바닐라와 노란 배, 갓 구운 쇼트브레드 향이 산뜻하게 피어난다. 한 모금이 혀에 닿으면 57.5도의 도수가 꿀과 시트러스, 보리 단맛으로 또렷하게 퍼진다. 목을 넘긴 뒤에는 배리 브로스가 고른 이 캐스크다운 깔끔한 오크와 레몬 껍질이 남는다.
