Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 졸인 건포도와 흑설탕, 구운 견과가 먼저 두드러진다. 올로로소 셰리 옥타브에서 8년을 보낸 글렌 모레이로, 작은 캐스크가 짧은 시간에 보탠 진한 단맛이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 다크초콜릿과 말린 무화과, 정향이 58도의 강한 구조로 발전한다. 옥타브의 농축미가 또렷하며, 피니시는 건과일과 오크가 길게 이어진다.

ah. Not much happening, but I’m pretty sure it needs water. Raw barley, lemon zests and shoe polish? The latter is funny and interesting. With water: paraffin indeed, and a little sour dough, lemon curd, cut grass… I’m finding this very elegant

excellent! Lemon, fern, spearmint, and an ashy/polishy side again. Like chewing candle wax when we were kids. With water: swims like Mark Spitz (I know I should update my references). Barley, croissants, lemon liqueur, one or three liquorice allsorts
