Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 옅은 볏짚빛이 잔 벽을 따라 기름지게 흐른다. 코끝으로 가져가면 갓 자른 사과와 비스킷, 글렌 모레이답지 않은 왁스와 기름기가 짙게 올라온다. 스페이사이드 글렌 모레이를 2007년부터 13년 채운 아쿠아 비테 보틀링, 52.1도의 몰트다. 한 모금을 머금으면 홉과 마멀레이드, 보리 시럽의 단맛이 왁스의 질감을 타고 흐른다. 삼킨 뒤에도 기름진 보리 향이 혀에 넉넉히 남아 오래 따라온다.

certainly a fatter, waxier Glen Moray, with more depth, more Clynelishness, more oils than in others. Other than that, we do find Golden Grahams, biscuits, a wee tarte tatin and just cut apples, which is rather more 'Glen Moray' indeed. With water: eminently barley-y and beerish
restaurant Palate
just perfect. IPA, chamomile, hops, marmalade, mead and barley syrup. Once again a wee waxiness. With water: enter marmalade and orange-based bitters. This is no joking matter, it's a great dram!
timer Finish
rather long, still fat and a little waxy, with a wonderful barleyness
