Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 리필 캐스크를 거친 글렌 모레이가 처음엔 사과 껍질과 커스터드 같은 은은한 향을 조심스레 내민다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 오렌지와 핑크 자몽의 상큼한 향이 서서히 살아난다. 잔을 다시 기울여 맡으면 옅은 보리와 마른 곡물의 기운이 감돈다. 56.6도의 높은 도수를 한 모금 머금으면 감귤의 새콤함과 사과, 배의 달큰함이 혀 위에서 퍼진다. 혀 위에서 잠시 머금고 있으면 감귤과 배의 달큰함이 짙어진다. 삼키면 옅은 꿀과 마른 오크의 여운이 목 안쪽에서 부드럽게 이어진다.

restaurant Palate
oranges and pink grapefruits everywhere, but this is very strong. No it’s not very strong, but it feels so. The cask must have been very refill, if you see what I mean. With water: nah, good easy average midsweet malt, with apples, pears, sweet barley and a touch of lemon
timer Finish
medium, sweet, slightly honeyed, barleyish, slightly oaky. A feeling of apple juice
