Tasting Notes
셰리 버트에서 8년을 채운 이 글렌 모레이는 캐스크의 무게보다 원액 본연의 결을 앞세운다. 57.7도의 높은 도수 아래 생보리와 레몬 제스트, 구두약을 닮은 왁스 향이 은은히 피어오르고 물 몇 방울에 파라핀과 사워도우, 레몬 커드가 또렷이 살아난다. 입에서는 레몬과 고사리, 스피어민트가 산뜻하게 번지다 재를 닮은 광물성이 뒤를 받친다. 밀짚빛 색과 함께 보리 향이 길게 이어지는 여운은 시종 우아하다.

ah. Not much happening, but I’m pretty sure it needs water. Raw barley, lemon zests and shoe polish? The latter is funny and interesting. With water: paraffin indeed, and a little sour dough, lemon curd, cut grass… I’m finding this very elegant

excellent! Lemon, fern, spearmint, and an ashy/polishy side again. Like chewing candle wax when we were kids. With water: swims like Mark Spitz (I know I should update my references). Barley, croissants, lemon liqueur, one or three liquorice allsorts
