Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 처음엔 향이 다소 닫혀 있어 옅은 연기와 마른 허브 정도만 스친다. 잔을 세게 흔들어 깨우면 달큰한 보리와 부드러운 빵 반죽 향이 서서히 열린다. 잔을 다시 흔들어 맡으면 옅은 시트러스 껍질과 마른 풀 향이 또렷해진다. 한 모금 머금으면 17년 버번 호그스헤드다운 레몬빛 시트러스가 톡 튀어 오르고 보리 리큐어의 단맛에 초록빛 스파이스가 살짝 얹힌다. 삼키고 나면 54.8도의 기운에도 여운은 중간 길이로 담백하게 마무리되며 글렌 모레이다운 몰트 위스키의 정직한 곡물 향이 마지막을 채운다.
