Tasting Notes
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔에 맑게 감돈다. 버번 배럴에서 10년을 보낸 글렌 모레이는 보리와 버터, 갓 딴 사과의 향을 담백하게 풀어놓고 2분쯤 지나 레몬 껍질의 산뜻함을 살며시 더한다. 40도의 입안에서는 수액 같은 풋풋함과 레몬, 후추 섞인 허브차, 옅은 커스터드가 가볍게 번진다. 여운은 짧은 편이지만 크루아상과 프랄린, 마멀레이드의 단맛이 부드럽게 비치고 끝자락의 옅은 산미가 산뜻한 마침표를 남긴다.
