Tasting Notes
오래된 금빛이 잔 안에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 스페이사이드 글렌 모레이가 버번 캐스크에서 1989년부터 16년을 보내고 40도로 담긴 리미티드 에디션이다. 코에는 버터와 골든 시럽, 따스한 건초와 페이스트리의 향이 순하게 번진다. 뒤이어 라벤더와 가죽 같은 꿀의 뉘앙스가 겹친다. 입에서는 레몬과 빵, 호두에 뜻밖의 소금기와 퍼지가 어우러진다. 낮은 도수 덕에 오렌지 꽃물 같은 섬세함이 부드럽게 드러난다. 여운은 퍼지와 계피 케이크의 단맛이 마른 차의 쌉쌀함으로 마무리된다.

it hasn’t got the 10’s fresher vibrancy, and I’m finding rather more buttery, although it does get nicely citrusy and golden-syrupy after a few seconds. I quite like these notes of warm hay and pastries! Lavender and leather honeys

look, I think this is very good. Nice lemony/bready arrival, then walnuts, an unexpected touch of salt, and a little fudge. Orange blossom water

short/medium, fudge-y, then spicier. Cinnamon cake. Dry aftertaste (tea)
