Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌 모레이의 상큼한 오렌지 제스트와 꿀, 아니스와 민트의 산뜻한 듀엣이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 40도라는 낮은 도수에도 향의 표현력이 또렷하다. 팰럿은 꿀과 오렌지 위로 비스킷과 블루베리 머핀, 캐러멜라이즈드 견과가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 버번 배럴의 부드러운 단맛이 몰트의 곡물감과 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 길고 경쾌하며 꿀과 오렌지, 옅은 담뱃잎이 남는 15년 스페이사이드다.

restaurant Palate
well, this is very good, rather indulgent, I believe it’s a clear improvement, there’s quite a lot going on and even the 40% vol. aren’t too frustrating. We find the honey and oranges again, biscuits, blueberry muffins, orange cake with grated zest, then a few caramelised nuts, perhaps from the sherry

long, still joyful and fresh, here are the honey, the oranges and the faintest hint of tobacco. Malty aftertaste
