로시 강이 흐르는 엘긴에서 글렌 모레이는 가볍고 친근한 스페이사이드 원액을 빚어 왔다. 레드 와인 오크 캐스크에서 10년을 보낸 이 위스키는 옅은 밀짚빛을 잔에 담는다. 40도의 향은 보리와 버터, 사과에 두어 분 뒤 시트론이 살며시 따라 나온다. 한 모금 넣으면 살짝 수액 같은 단맛과 시트론, 허브 차, 알프스 약초 사탕의 결이 번진다. 여운은 짧지만 크루아상과 프랄린, 마멀레이드가 기분 좋게 남고 끝에 옅은 산미가 비친다.
