Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 흔들면 버번 캐스크가 입힌 깊은 황금빛이 잔 벽에 매달린다. 코를 가져가면 벤 네비스 특유의 기름진 질감 위로 잘 익은 복숭아와 밀랍, 옅은 곡물 향이 솟는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 23년이 다듬은 49.2도의 둥근 질감에 꿀과 살구, 구운 견과가 차례로 번진다. 넘기고 나면 왁스와 오크 향신료의 묵직함이 혀에 길게 따라온다.

straight, high-precision mineral and lemony arrival, unfolding on many chalks and clays, limes and citrons, granny smith, new wool, fresh almonds and hazelnuts, spitzenklasse riesling, plus a little soot and a little metal polish. How very Ben Nevis
restaurant Palate
this is where it takes off. Amazing nut cakes, barley water, camphor, cough drops, chalk, a curious combination of pistachio and liquorice that works very well, pink grapefruits, fir honey, and just a faint touch of vanilla. Forgot to mention mullein syrup, which is excellent for yourBen Nevis part two (still for Colin Ross) bronchial tubes. Sorry we don't do prescriptions
