노즈에서는 잘 익은 옥수수 단내와 바닐라 크림이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 시간이 지나면 마른 오크와 계피가 뒤따라 올라온다. 팰럿은 50도 도수에 걸맞게 진하고 캐러멜과 흑설탕이 중심을 잡는다. 중반부에는 헤븐힐 특유의 호밀 향신료가 짧게 스친다. 피니시는 아주 길지는 않지만 오크 탄닌과 후추가 또렷이 남는다. 10년 숙성 싱글 배럴 버번으로서 균형이 단단하다.
