Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 벤 네비스 특유의 무거운 텍스처가 26년 숙성에서 또렷한 구조감으로 발전하며 부르번 캐스크의 영향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 시리얼과 토피, 살짝의 백후추가 발전하고 54.9도 ABV가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 피니시는 오크 탄닌과 꿀이 길게 이어지며 균형이 단단하다. 한정 셀렉션 산시바의 분석적 정확도가 또렷한 보틀링이다.

With water: it all falls into place, becoming more than perfect, though it doesn’t quite scale the interstellar heights of cask 1648.
