잔을 흔들면 벤네비스 13년이 퍼스트필 셰리에서 마셔 들인 진한 건포도와 다크 체리 향을 풀어 놓는다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 두 단계 셰리 캐스크의 짙은 단맛이 명확하게 일어난다. 한 모금을 머금으면 57.1도의 도수가 다크 초콜릿과 호두 기름을 동시에 밀어 올린다. 마지막에는 마른 자두 향이 길게 따라온다.
