버번 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보낸 숙성이 개성 강한 이 벤 네비스의 골격을 다듬었다. 케이든헤드가 담아낸 만큼 잘 익은 과일과 꿀 위로, 벤 네비스 특유의 왁스와 가벼운 곰팡이 같은 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 토피와 시트러스, 진득한 왁스 질감이 매끄럽게 흐르고, 49.1도의 도수가 차분하게 균형을 잡는다. 거친 개성으로 알려진 증류소다운 묵직한 결이 또렷하다. 짙은 금빛 끝에는 꿀과 왁스의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
