노즈에서는 1972년 증류된 벤 네비스가 32년의 숙성을 거친 향답게 묵직한 곡물과 잘 익은 과일, 묵은 가죽이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 하이랜드다운 단단한 캐릭터 위로 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 왁스가 발전한다. 47.6도의 팰럿은 기름진 질감으로 입을 채우며 토피와 호두, 가벼운 향신료의 풍미가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 묵직하면서 길게 이어지며 오크와 가죽이 남는다. 올드 벤 네비스의 복합적인 깊이가 또렷한 보틀링이다.
