흐린 금빛에 붉은 기가 섞인 색이 잔 안에서 조용히 움직인다. 코에는 구운 사과와 캐러멜, 옅은 정향이 겹친다. 한 모금은 옥수수 단맛으로 시작해 후추와 오크로 갈라지고, 10년의 숙성이 그 갈래를 하나로 묶는다. 50도의 알코올은 두꺼운 온기로 혀를 덮는다. 여운에서는 마른 향신료와 담뱃잎이 남아 서서히 사라진다. 1999년 켄터키에서 온 정직한 보틀링이다.
