오래 우린 홍차 같은 빛깔이 잔 바닥에 고요히 잠겨 있다. 향은 호두와 브라운 슈거에서 출발해 오렌지 사탕의 새콤한 단맛으로 열린다. 입안에서는 헤븐힐 특유의 곡물 단맛이 넓게 퍼지고, 10년의 오크가 그 위에 마른 향신료를 얹는다. 50도의 도수는 뜨겁기보다 두껍다. 여운에서 생강과 마른 참나무가 남아 서서히 사그라든다. 보틀드 인 본드가 지킨 정직한 골격이 그대로 드러난다.
