노즈는 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스 향으로 문을 여는 스페이사이드 몰트다. 시그나토리가 버번 배럴에서 29년을 채운 글렌 그란트로, 오랜 숙성에도 산뜻한 과일 향이 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 과수원 과일과 보리 단맛, 가벼운 오크 향신료가 명확하게 발전하며 45.6도다운 매끄럽고 부드러운 질감이 입을 채운다. 29년이라는 긴 숙성이 만든 깊이와 구조감이 분명하고 산미와 단맛의 균형이 단단하다. 여운에서는 깨끗한 과일과 옅은 오크의 단맛이 오래 머문다.
