Tasting Notes
버번 배럴에서 24년을 보낸 1995 빈티지 글렌 그란트는 긴 숙성에도 증류소 특유의 맑고 산뜻한 과일향을 잃지 않았다. 코에는 풋사과와 서양 배, 갓 깎은 풀의 청량함이 깔끔하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 꿀과 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스가 가벼우면서도 또렷한 질감으로 번지며 49.9도의 도수가 단정한 균형을 잡는다. 맑은 황금빛을 따라 여운은 보리 단맛과 흰 꽃, 옅은 오크로 길고 우아하게 남는다.

same ballpark, obviously, even if this one has even more rootiness, from wild sweet carrots to parsnips and soft radishes, not to mention gentian. Then whiffs of graphite and liquorice wood, celeriac, a little porridge and muesli, walnut skins…
restaurant Palate
much love for this earthy and very gentiany combo. More wild carrots, lemon zests, samphires and dried herbs, thyme, mushrooms, and indeed some fino sherry, with some tight mustard and green walnuts – even if there wasn't any sherry involved here
timer Finish
long, herbal and earthy. More fruits in the aftertaste, with also some yellow chartreuse and verbena liqueur. And mirabelles
