Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 따뜻하게 가라앉는다. 1976년에 증류돼 25년을 보낸 글렌 그란트는 셰리 버트 안에서 오랜 세월이 빚어 낸 우아한 단맛을 곱게 머금고 있다. 향에서는 졸인 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 구운 헤이즐넛이 차곡차곡 쌓인다. 입에 머금으면 43도의 부드러운 도수가 무화과와 흑설탕, 묵은 오크의 단맛을 매끄럽게 풀어낸다. 옛 스페이사이드다운 균형 잡힌 단맛이 인상적이고 여운은 말린 과일과 가벼운 향신료로 길게 이어진다. 오랜 셰리 숙성이 다듬어 낸 우아한 단맛이 묵은 오크의 쌉쌀함과 균형을 이룬다.

a nice, rather fragrant nose at first sniffs, on light honey, touches of menthol, melba toasts, apple juice and then a slightly moist oakiness (old wine cellar). There are also flowers (honeysuckle, verbena) and touches of eucalyptus. A fairly complex nose, unexpectedly medicinal – no Laphroaig, though
restaurant Palate
good body despite the low strength, but it’s also a tad drying and cardboardy, without the freshness that we had in the nose. Apple peelings, liquorice wood, green tea… And then the mint and eucalyptus are back, which is nice in this context. Ripe apples. Improves after the attack, becoming rounder and slightly fruitier
