Tasting Notes
세월이 깊이 스민 짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 그윽하게 빛난다. 스페이사이드의 글렌 그란트가 1962년에 채워 21년을 보낸 이 원액은 반세기 전의 풍미를 고스란히 담았다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 사과와 건포도, 오래된 가죽의 향이 어우러진다. 입에 닿으면 40도의 부드러운 도수가 꿀과 마른 과일, 옅은 향신료를 천천히 풀어놓는다. 끝에는 마른 풀과 오크의 여운이 깊고 우아하게 이어진다.

a nice old sherry style, no monster this time, rather something on sultanas, then leather and black tea. Also touches of oranges and cornflakes, dandelions, honey, a bit of liquorice and just a very faint dustiness. It's all rather light and even ethereal at times
restaurant Palate
not too light, which is good news, with some gingerbread, nutmeg and white pepper at first sips, then more overripe apples and a slightly bitter caramel. It's quite malty too. Dark chocolate

quite short, even maltier, drier, with some dark chocolate, bitter oranges and pepper again in the aftertaste
