오래된 금빛이 유리잔 안에 은은하게 비친다. 1930년대에 병입된 이 글렌 그랜트 14년은 베리 브라더스가 내놓은, 한 세기 가까운 시간을 건너온 옛 보틀링이다. 향에서는 마른 풀과 꿀, 묵은 오크의 향이 은은하게 올라온다. 입에서는 보리의 단맛과 견과류, 옅은 향신료가 부드럽게 어우러진다. 세월이 다듬은 결이 매끄럽게 흐르며 마른 곡물과 꿀의 여운이 깊게 머문다.

easy, elegantly drying waxiness, dried citrus peels, exotic fruit teas, pollens, camphor and fir resins. Just great!

surprisingly long, back on dusty coal scuttle vibes, camphor, herbal medicines and a wee speck of peat
