잔을 받아 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 화이트 와인빛 술이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 갓 볶은 보리에 가까운 순수한 향과 흰 복숭아, 부서진 슬레이트 같은 미네랄이 산뜻하게 솟는다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 가벼운 질감이 혀를 지나며 구스베리와 마시멜로, 그래니스미스의 단맛이 번진다. 삼키면 은은한 꿀 기운이 목을 지난다. 1969년 증류한 글렌 그란트의 깨끗하고 달큰한 홍차 같은 여운이 짧지만 정갈하게 남는다.

these young Glen Grants are the closest to the raw barley, which I find fantastic. I'm also finding white peaches, a little crushed slate, lager (or pilsner) and greengages. Adorable nose, fresh, close to the original substance

it couldn't be as good as on the nose, but I still like it, with its gooseberries and marshmallows, jelly babies, granny smith, soft honeys, green tea, shortbread…

a little short indeed, but clean, rather on sweetened tea, with an honeyed aftertaste
