맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 그윽하게 빛난다. 1989년 원액을 14년 담은 글렌 그란트 캐스크 스트렝스는 코에서 오래된 꿀과 밀랍, 코코넛과 삼나무의 향이 겹겹이 피어오른다. 55.3도의 입안에서는 마른 시트러스 껍질과 이국적인 과일차, 장뇌와 전나무 수지가 우아하게 번진다. 여운은 마른 석탄과 장뇌, 허브의 뉘앙스에 옅은 이탄 연기가 스치며 길고 복합적으로 남는다.

restaurant Palate
easy, elegantly drying waxiness, dried citrus peels, exotic fruit teas, pollens, camphor and fir resins. Just great!

surprisingly long, back on dusty coal scuttle vibes, camphor, herbal medicines and a wee speck of peat
